Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping is available within Germany as well as to the following countries:
Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Denmark, Sweden.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery will be made:

  • within Germany usually within 3–7 business days,
  • for international deliveries usually within 5–7 business days after contract conclusion (after receipt of payment if prepayment is agreed).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Note for deliveries to Switzerland:
Additional customs fees, taxes, or charges may apply upon import into Switzerland. These costs are to be borne by the buyer. We have no influence on the amount of these fees or their collection by Swiss authorities.
