Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Email: support@miskstoregermany.com) by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Exclusion and Termination Reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that have been purchased at a reduced price and/or with a discount.

  • Contracts for the delivery of perfumes and perfume oils, as these cannot be resold once opened. The right of withdrawal expires completely upon opening the outer packaging and/or full use.

  • The right of withdrawal expires upon opening or damage to the outer packaging.
